Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Women’s Program

The SEWB Women’s Program strengthens the health and emotional resilience of women in a supportive environment where they can heal, connect, and grow.

The program acknowledges the impacts of intergenerational trauma, family violence, loss of culture, and systemic disadvantage.

Activities delivered include:

  • Cultural Healing & Connection
  • Weekly women’s group activities and yarning circles
  • Workshop on parenting, empowerment and regaining self-esteem

Safe spaces for discussing trauma, grief, parenting, relationships, and identity

  • Access to counselling, support groups, and culturally safe primary and allied health services
  • Addressing domestic violence, substance misuse, and homelessness
